Questions your audience can put to work.

Start with the challenge your audience faces. These two topics offer a way into the conversation.

Accountable for the AI Decisions We Never See

For executives and leaders in HR, operations, risk, and governance

A manager reviews the top ten applicants. A service team works through a prioritized complaint queue. In both cases, AI may determine who receives attention before a person approves an outcome. This session examines where decision support becomes decision authority and what leaders need to make human review meaningful.

Participants will learn to

  • Identify where rankings, filters, and handoffs shape consequential decisions.
  • Test whether reviewers can see missing information and challenge the result.
  • Name who can correct an outcome, respond to affected people, or stop the process.

What Should We Let AI Decide?

For business leaders and teams evaluating or adopting AI

Scheduling an interview is different from deciding who gets one. Using the research-grounded Authentic Intelligence Model, this session starts with a specific decision and examines whether AI belongs in it, what authority it should receive, and what the organization owes the people affected. Participants work through questions they can bring to their next AI review.

Participants will learn to

  • Distinguish administrative assistance from decision support and automation.
  • Evaluate a proposed use through Rights, Reasons, and Results.
  • Define a justified next step, including conditions, a narrower use, or a decision to decline.
